It will print on any stock that your printer will feed. You would just set up the job to print as you normally would. The program will print up to 16 numbers on a page

I am having trouble changing the color. All it prints is black. I have an HP 720C and HP 930C.

There seems to be a problem with the HP drivers. To correct this problem all you have to do is to duplicate you first position and tell it to print in black. Then continue to set up your job as you normally would setting it to print in the color of your choice.

Can you print alpha letters in the numbers as well? For instance "RH23K45"

There are different ways you can set the program to get desired results during special circumstances. In the case above you should set the prefix to "RH23K" and then follow with the numbering.

Can you set a skip numbering sequence?
|
| |
Yes, skipping is the only way to do receipt book style of numbering where you may wish to number receipts down a page like 1, 2, 3, 4 and then have 5 start at the top of the next page. This examples requires that you skip ahead 4 numbers. In letterpress terms this use to require what was called a "skip 4" number machine.
