Will your program work with A4 size paper?

Absolutely, you need to adjust the image slightly to make the fit. From the pull down menu at the top of the screen click on "Ticket" and select "Print Adjustment".

The printing of the tickets is getting cut off on the edge of the sheet.

Some printers are limited on how close to the edge of the paper they can print. We have provided an adjustment in the software where you can reduce the image to avoid this problem. From the pull down menu at the top of the screen click on "Ticket" and select "Print Adjustment".

How can I turn off the numbering

On the Numbering Specification tab of the Ticket Design Panel there is a button on the bottom to change color. Click this and change the color to white. This will effectively remove the numbering.

I installed the free update and now my saved tickets don't line up.

After you load your saved design, go into the printing adjustments and on both tabs, (print nudge, print size) press the “Defaults” button.
