Problem: I cannot run any setup.exe files.

Here are possible reasons why:

• Do you get the following message?
  
  Your security settings inside your Internet Explorer may be set too high.
  
  
• Are you getting a message that you are not the administrator of your computer?
  Perhaps you are on a company computer and your IT department does not allow software installations by staff?
  
  
• Are you getting a message that your computer does not know what program to use to run Setup.exe?
  You could have the HaxDoor virus.
